Job Title: Corporate Planning and Operations Manager

Hudson Australia is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Planning and Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our corporate plans, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement corporate plans, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives
  • Lead the planning and coordination of high-profile projects, including the development of high-speed rail networks
  • Provide operational support to the leadership team, ensuring the effective delivery of key objectives and outcomes
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan, manage, and deliver projects, programs, or corporate priorities
  • Coordinate and lead the internal audit program to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery

Requirements:

  • Sound experience in planning and performance reporting, ideally within the Commonwealth Government or transferrable skills
  • Proven experience in project management, coordination activities, and/or leading the planning and reporting in a Commonwealth Government entity
  • Advanced knowledge of legislative frameworks, including the PGPA Act and relevant Resource Management Guides (RMGs)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a large workload, to meet deadlines and achieve results
  • Proficiency in Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Excel applications
