Job Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality diagnostic and consultative services in chemical pathology.
  • Participate in teaching, research, quality improvement, and administrative activities.
  • Ensure a high standard of professional performance and encourage an academic environment that supports research and development.
Requirements
  • Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and Fellowship of the Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia in Chemical Pathology.
  • Commitment to basic, applied, or clinical research and/or medical education and staff training.
  • Ability to work effectively as a team member with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Personal qualities including effective communication, motivation, initiative, time management, and commitment to professional development.
  • Contemporary knowledge of National Pathology Accreditation Advisory Council (NPAAC) Standards and NATA accreditation processes.
  • Clinical knowledge and technical expertise within the specialty of Chemical Pathology.
