About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled professional with a strong background in medical and/or veterinary diagnostic imaging procedures. As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for performing high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures for small and large animals, as well as providing support and training to veterinary students and nurses in the Diagnostic Imaging department.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Bachelor of Science (Medical Imaging Science) or equivalent
  • A minimum of two years' experience in medical and/or veterinary diagnostic imaging procedures post-qualification
  • Current Radiation Licence with the Radiological Council of Western Australia
  • Experience in CT and/or MRI, general radiography, and C-arm
  • Experience with computer systems and software used in diagnostic imaging practices, e.g. PACS systems

You will also need to possess highly effective communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact constructively and collaboratively with staff at all levels of the organisation.
