Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Telecommunications Rigger to install and upgrade externally mounted telecommunications equipment on normal telco structures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install RF Antenna systems, ensuring high-quality connections and safe working conditions.
  • Install, terminate, and test Feeder Cables (Copper and Hybrid) to meet industry standards.
  • Install external RF hardware, including antennas and transceivers.
  • Install Microwave equipment, aligning with manufacturer specifications.
  • Upgrade steel work, install cable trays, and prepare handover packs for smooth operations.
  • Install towers, poles, and masts, adhering to safety protocols.

Essential Requirements

  • Hold a High Risk Work Licence - Dogger, Rigger (Intermediate & Advanced preferred).
  • Be certified in Working at Heights and Rescue at Heights.
  • Possess a Construction Industry White card.
  • Have RF Awareness certification.
  • Hold a valid driver licence (HR preferred).

Work Environment

Candidates must currently reside within one hour's drive of our Caboolture depot.
