Job Title: Automation Team Lead

Job Description

The automation team lead will oversee the development and implementation of automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency, drive digitisation, and improve customer outcomes.

As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for shaping the automation strategy, setting clear goals, and ensuring solutions are robust, secure, and aligned with business priorities.

This role requires a blend of technical expertise in automation technologies and strong leadership skills to guide teams and projects successfully.

  • Define and execute the automation roadmap in alignment with business objectives
  • Lead the development of automation solutions using tools such as UiPath, Appian, Power Automate, or custom scripts
  • Manage the day-to-day performance, health, and scalability of the automation platform, ensuring reliability, availability, and continuous improvement through automation and best practices
  • Ensure robust architecture, scalability, and security of automation systems
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 7+ years of experience in automation development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Strong understanding of systems integration, APIs, and cloud platforms
  • Proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade automation solutions
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
