The ideal candidate will be a passionate and customer service focused individual who is committed to delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with dispatching and receiving orders, ensuring timely and accurate distribution of goods in and out of the warehouse.
  • Liaise with customers to provide top-notch customer service, responding to queries and resolving any issues efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organised and able to manage time effectively, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Motivated and results-driven, with outstanding customer service and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Experience in checking delivery sheets and loading trucks.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and remain flexible across retail trading hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Current Forklift, Drivers and Pickers Licence (preferred).
  • Strong commitment to health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Enthusiasm and willingness to learn, with a positive attitude and can-do approach.
