About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Calvary Care. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and services to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care to residents, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Lead and support a multi-disciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of residents.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care and services.
Requirements:
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (APHRA).
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of aged care legislation and regulations.
- Ability to lead and support a multi-disciplinary team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
