We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Great Southern Bank. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our services and contributing to the development of our Enterprise QA Framework.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Executing Quality Assurance tasks, such as QA reviews, data analysis, and findings preparation
  • Collaborating with Business and Embedded Finance teams to execute the EQA Approach
  • Contributing to supporting stakeholder business and strategic initiatives

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • 5+ years' experience in a business lending, operations, financial assistance/collections, or quality assurance role in financial services
  • Strong understanding of business financial information, business loan assessments, and business structures
  • Strong understanding of Financial Assistance and Collections activities and relevant Debt Collections guidelines
  • Previous experience as a credit risk assessor with capability and experience assessing small business lending
  • Experience in managing business relationships
  • Relevant tertiary education (IT, Commerce, Business) desired
