Occupational Therapy Role

We are seeking qualified Occupational Therapists to join our team, a national provider of rehabilitation services and dynamic NDIS provider.

This is a unique opportunity to expand your rehabilitation consultancy skills while maintaining a clinical caseload, with a split of days based on your preference for occupational rehabilitation or NDIS clinical services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage new referrals for one-off functional assessments, liaising with injured people, health professionals, and insurers, to support individual recovery.
  • Manage a caseload of participants and design therapy programs to work towards achieving participant outcomes.
  • Complete Activities of Daily Living Assessments and reports.
  • Manage the delivery and implementation of equipment or modifications.
  • Use clinical skills and professional opinion to develop participant-centred goals specific to the client's circumstances.
  • Work with experienced Occupational Therapists and other allied health professionals to ensure timely and quality assistance is provided to our clients.
Requirements
  • Occupational Therapist (with AHPRA registration)
  • Experience in occupational rehab and/or NDIS services
  • Current Police clearance, Working with Children Check & NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Current drivers' licence and vehicle (vehicle use reimbursement is provided)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem solving
  • Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude and positive approach; and
  • Genuine commitment to continuous improvement.
