Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Community Nursing Team. As a Community Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes or clinics. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide high-quality nursing care in patients' homes or clinics

  • Communicate effectively with patients, carers, and other healthcare professionals
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse – Division 1 with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Demonstrated ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sound experience using electronic medical record systems and office applications
