Electronics Specialist

Key Responsibilities- Perform electronic modifications and calibrations down to component level on Crompton's product range, including analogue instrumentation, transducers, protection relays, digital indicators, and multi-function power meters.
- Conduct product inspections and repairs in accordance with company procedures, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Carry out electrical calculations to enable correct modification of products on work orders.
- Provide calibration certificates and test reports upon request, utilizing bench test equipment and test software.
- Collaborate with Crompton staff and customers to offer engineering solutions on our product range, meeting customer application needs.
- Develop knowledge of product communications and software output protocols, including Modbus and Bacnet.
- Allocate stock against customer orders, ensuring efficient inventory management.
- Stay up-to-date with Windows applications and in-house software, utilizing computer literacy skills.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to TE Connectivity's EH&S policies and procedures.
- Electronic/electrical technology trades, preferably with experience at component level.
