Job Description:

We are partnering with a business that produces products for domestic and export markets to recruit a strategic leader on a permanent basis.

This is a newly created position and a rare opportunity where you will partner with the chief people officer in the development, implementation, and execution of organizational strategies through successfully driving key programs including diversity, equity, and inclusion, employee value proposition, human resources systems, and reporting.

You will be a trusted advisor and change agent for the organization nationally, a key contributor and ambassador for organizational strategy, and focused on driving aligned organizational culture and values.

The role involves leading a team of three direct reports and reporting directly to the chief people officer in this key position.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Relevant experience as a human resources manager or projects leader
  • Ability to develop and drive strategies across all levels of management
  • Advanced interpersonal skills with the ability to gain trust and influence effectively
  • Highly analytical skills with the ability to prepare and interpret reports
  • Ability to determine and initiate change that is aligned with commercial outcomes
