Real Estate Management Professional

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Management Professional to assume responsibility for managing rental listings, data entry and payment of creditors in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple online platforms including copywriting and liaison with owners/tenants to schedule viewings.
  • Process trust account receipts and perform basic financial administration tasks.
  • Respond to tenant inquiries, manage payments and maintain creditor relationships.

Requirements:

  • Strong administration skills and a desire to work in the real estate industry.
  • Previous reception or administrative experience.
  • Chinese language skills viewed favorably.
  • Residency in Sydney's West area.
  • Certificate of Registration (or willingness to obtain).
