Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide an outstanding shopping experience for our customers, ensuring that they feel valued and satisfied with their purchases. This will involve assisting customers with product inquiries, providing personalized recommendations, and processing sales transactions efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Assist customers with product selection, providing information on features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Process sales transactions, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new arrivals, promotions, and product information.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business results.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: You should be able to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management, building strong relationships and resolving conflicts.

Product Knowledge and Understanding: You should have a good understanding of our products, including features, benefits, and pricing.

Sales and Merchandising Experience: You should have previous sales or merchandising experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Time Management and Organization Skills: You should be able to manage your time effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
