We are seeking a charismatic and welcoming Gaming Attendant to join our team. As a proactive host, you will create a positive atmosphere for our guests through warm and authentic service.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with guests by sharing your passion for our products and creating special moments that our guests won't forget.
- Contributing positively to our culture of responsibility, which is centred around safety and compliance with gaming regulations.
- Completing machine payouts and cash handling tasks in accordance with hotel policies and gaming regulations.
About You
We are looking for someone who is great with people, detail, and communication. You must be motivated to make magic happen for your guests and teammates.
You should be a team player with flexible availability across the day, evenings, and weekends. Holding current industry RSA and RSG qualifications is also essential.
