We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Educator to join our team at the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP). As a Local Medical Educator, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of a high-quality nationally consistent GP training program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide registrar support and education to ensure the best outcomes for registrars and supervisors.
  • Work collaboratively with the GP Training Program Management team to achieve program goals.
  • Develop and deliver educational content for programs, including small group teaching and performance assessment.
  • Support training site and supervisor education, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultural and health training.
Requirements
  • Medical education experience, particularly in small group teaching and development of educational content.
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Demonstrated high level of initiative, conceptual and analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
