- Manage site operations to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers and contractors to achieve project goals.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track project progress.
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors and team members.
- 5 years as a site manager or foreman in a high-end construction environment.
- Experience managing large-scale construction projects.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
