Event Production Expert

A world of possibilities awaits an experienced Event Production Expert to join our team in Perth and contribute to the success of events.

This key role is responsible for providing high-end technical expertise throughout the entire event production process. You will oversee technicians and ensure seamless delivery, installation, operation, and removal of audio-visual equipment for events of any size and complexity.

The Opportunity:
  • Develops event objectives, reviews and develops event proposals in coordination with stakeholders.
  • Determines event specifications, creates event design based on customer requirements and ensures cost estimates stay within parameters.
  • Develops and maintains event schedules within specifications, estimating labor, equipment, and transport requirements.
  • Attends client meetings and briefings as required.
  • Manages the financial integrity of the event.
  • Provides technical advice to the sales department and assists with cost estimates as required.

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in corporate events.
  • Customer-centric and excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
