About the Role

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading our technical workforce with a hands-on approach, ensuring the highest possible standard of aircraft maintenance and meeting customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure aircraft are maintained in accordance with relevant Instructions for Continued Airworthiness and company Policies and Procedures.
  • Assist in developing and implementing repair and maintenance procedures, monitoring costs and effectiveness.
  • Provide leadership and knowledge of maintenance activities, managing the technical workforce and resources.
  • Meet CASA Regulations requirements and hold the post of Responsible Manager.
  • Work with the Quality & Safety Manager to ensure aviation quality, safety, and compliance.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years aircraft maintenance experience, including heavy maintenance and modifications.
  • Experience and qualifications on light and medium Bell, Airbus, and Leonardo models.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of CASA Part 145 and CAR30 regulations.
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and goal-oriented approach.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
