Project Implementation Specialist

About the Role
The Project Implementation Specialist will be responsible for supporting the Compartment Completion Manager in maintaining the Compartment Completion schedule. This will involve conducting comprehensive compartment and tank inspections, documenting identified issues, and analysing any emerging trends.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for supporting labelling of ship systems, equipment & compartments, and organising inspection activities with multiple key stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing safety, quality, trade resourcing, risk, and opportunities for the Compartment Completion scope.
- Maintaining comprehensive records of compartment completion progress, ensuring all inspections and documentation are in place and up to date.
- Supporting Area Managers for the management and de-confliction of activities in accordance with the Ship Plan of Day (SPOD).
About You
To be successful in this role, you will require a degree or trade qualification with experience relevant to shipbuilding. Knowledge and demonstrated experience in inspection in relevant shipbuilding disciplines is also essential.
In addition, you will need to possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal to communicate effectively across multiple levels of the business.
