Raytheon Australia is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Maintenance Supervisor in Exmouth, Western Australia.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a diverse team of trade and technical professionals in delivering mission-critical systems maintenance services. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing effective safety leadership, developing team members, and overseeing preventative and corrective maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide effective safety leadership to your team in the field, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Demonstrate experience developing team members to build capability, driving growth and improvement within the team.
- Oversee preventative and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with approved procedures, directives, processes, and policies.
- Develop and implement solutions to problems, driving long-term improvements that benefit the team and the organization.
- Work collaboratively with customers and other internal departments to deliver 'best for capability' outcomes, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- A relevant trade certification (Cert III or higher).
- Electrical or Electronic background preferred, but not essential, with the right experience.
- Minimum 3-4 years' experience leading frontline teams, with a proven track record of success.
- Candidates must be eligible to obtain an Australian Defence Security Clearance.
