Manufacturing Production Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Production Associate to join our team.

This role involves the production of high-quality products used in various applications and industries.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable with process-driven tasks and have a passion for manufacturing.

As a key member of our production team, you will work closely with the Production Manager to contribute to the efficient operation of the manufacturing process.

This opportunity offers a chance to work in a dynamic environment where precision and quality are paramount.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Physically fit and able to lift up to 15KG
  • Conduct daily production activities following site manufacturing principles
  • Perform in-process sampling and monitoring to ensure batch specifications are met
  • Complete Batch Manufacturing paperwork as required
  • Communicate production and safety issues to the Production Supervisor
  • Support site logistics activities to meet internal and external customer requirements
Requirements:
  • Experience in manufacturing or process operations highly desired
  • Demonstrate good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proactive and flexible with the ability to multi-task effectively
