Job Title: In Home Support Worker

We are seeking experienced and compassionate individuals to provide high-quality support and care to clients living in their own homes.

The ideal candidate will possess a Certificate III or higher in Aged Care or Disability Services, a valid Australian Driver's License, and access to a reliable vehicle. You will also need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work autonomously and as part of a team.

This is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of our clients. As an In Home Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personal care, social support, transportation, and developing plans with clients to improve their lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing assistance with daily living activities
  • Preparing meals and assisting with medication
  • Transporting clients to appointments and shopping
  • Developing and implementing personalized care plans
Requirements:
  • Certificate III or higher in Aged Care or Disability Services
  • Valid Australian Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Current or willing to obtain a First Aid and CPR certificate
  • Smart mobile phone
  • Able to live in the Northern Beaches of Sydney
