Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide holistic care to individuals undergoing procedures. As part of the theatre team, you will be encouraged to grow and develop, feeling empowered to make a difference in the lives of others.

Your role in our theatre team

  • You will be accountable for delivering safe and person-centred care by working collaboratively with your multidisciplinary team, applying exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
  • Provide exceptional patient care through collaborative practice and commitment to best clinical practices.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver holistic care to individuals undergoing procedures, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
  • Apply best clinical practices and maintain a safe environment.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary theatre team to deliver high-quality patient care.

What makes a candidate successful

  • A minimum of 12 months' experience as a scrub scout.
  • Australian working rights (we cannot offer sponsorships at this time).
  • Availability to work guaranteed hours between 5pm and 11pm, Monday to Friday.
  • Experience in cardiac, orthopaedics, and neurology is desirable.
  • Bachelor of nursing degree or equivalent and AHPRA registration.
  • Commitment to patient safety and quality improvements.
  • Desire for ongoing professional development.
