Your Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for individuals with mental health needs
- Collaborate with patients, their families, and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care
- Provide crisis intervention and support during emotionally challenging situations
- Mentor and educate colleagues on best practices in mental health care
