Senior Motion Designer

This role is responsible for creating, maintaining, and expanding motion design systems across multiple platforms.
The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in animation principles, timing, and visual hierarchy.
They will be able to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt to new tools and formats.
Design and Build Motion Systems
Develop Reusable Motion Libraries and Templates
Work Closely with Designers, Engineers, and Marketing Teams
Deliver Animations and Motion Graphics in 2D and 3D Environments
Contribute to the Evolution of the Design System with Motion as a Key Component
Document Motion Standards and Workflows
Key Skills and Qualifications:
3-5 Years of Experience in Motion Design
Proficiency in After Effects, Cavalry, or Similar Motion Design Tools
Experience with 3D Tools such as Blender or Cinema 4D
Understanding of Motion Systems and Ability to Create Scalable, Consistent Assets
Strong Foundation in Animation Principles, Timing, and Visual Hierarchy
Ability to Communicate Effectively with Cross-Functional Teams
