Key Responsibilities
- Manage transport operations and systems to enhance our status with clients.
- Monitor and analyse transport KPIs and develop action plans to address gaps.
- Supervise daily site operations, ensuring work allocation, driver schedules and service metrics are met.
- Execute the Site Safety Plan and ensure staff training aligns with the sites Training Needs Analysis.
- Manage vehicle and equipment maintenance/service schedules.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role essential.
- Self-motivated individual with strong communication skills and effective negotiation abilities.
- Ability to prioritise and manage the daily workload in a timely manner.
- Proactive approach and positive attitude.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per annum
About the Role
This is a permanent full-time position working Monday to Friday on the Day shift. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of Linfox Pty Ltd.
