We are seeking an experienced plumbing and duct installation expert to lead a team. Our company is a 100% indigenous owned construction and maintenance firm operating across Sydney, South Australia, and Queensland. We handle government and private contracts.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, be able to think critically and solve problems effectively. They should possess a Cert III in a trade, have their own tools, and be an active thinker.

This role offers opportunities for growth and long-term employment as we expand into new markets. The successful candidate will lead a team that will see significant growth over the next three to six months.

Key responsibilities include leading a team of installers, overseeing project completion within target dates, and ensuring high-quality work standards. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for mentoring junior staff members.
