About the Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Process Operator to join our team in the Pilbara region. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading mining company and contribute to the efficient operation of our ore processing facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the safe and efficient operation of processing equipment, adhering to standard work instructions and conducting daily inspections.
- Provide quality shift handovers, maintain daily logs, and report any issues or hazards.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify and implement improvements, driving plant performance and efficiency.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Proven experience operating large-scale processing plants, preferably in a mining environment.
- Demonstrated ability to risk assess and apply controls, prioritizing safety.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working effectively in a team environment.
Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary, estimated at AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
