About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Engineer to join our team. As a Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, secure, and user-friendly cloud platforms that streamline the developer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop internal developer platforms using cloud-based technologies such as Microsoft Azure.\
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform.\
• Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to ensure fast, reliable, and secure software delivery.\
• Develop reusable tools and services that can be leveraged across teams.\
• Implement self-service capabilities that enable development teams to provision and manage their own infrastructure and services through intuitive self-service portals.\
• Monitor platform health and usage by setting up observability tools to track logs, metrics, and traces.\
• Define and promote best practices by establishing golden paths, coding standards, and operational guidelines.\
• Collaborate with developers, QA, security, and operations teams to understand needs and deliver effective solutions.\
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks, gathering feedback, and implementing improvements to enhance developer productivity and platform efficiency.\
• Support incident response and root cause analysis by participating in on-call rotations, troubleshooting platform issues, and contributing to post-mortems.\
• Document systems and processes by maintaining clear and comprehensive documentation for platform components, tools, and workflows.\
• Champion a DevOps culture by advocating for automation, collaboration, and continuous delivery across the organization.\
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve platform design and implementation.\
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve organizational goals.\
• Identify areas for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.\
• Develop and maintain knowledge of cloud-based technologies, including Azure, Terraform, Kubernetes, and Azure DevOps.\
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to articulate complex technical concepts and ideas.\
• Work collaboratively with other teams to identify and resolve technical issues.\
• Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code and adherence to coding standards.\
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals and objectives.\
• Contribute to the development of technical training programs to educate colleagues on cloud engineering best practices.\
• Partner with leadership to identify and prioritize projects that align with organizational goals.\
• Develop and implement plans to mitigate risks and ensure continuity of critical services.\
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.\
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.\
• Develop and maintain expertise in cloud-based technologies, including migration, deployment, and management of cloud resources.\
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors and partners to drive innovation and growth.\
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.\
• Provide input on architecture and design decisions to ensure alignment with organizational goals.\
• Develop and maintain expertise in Agile methodologies and facilitate the adoption of these methodologies across the organization.\\
