As a key member of our Inner West team, you will provide exceptional customer service and administration support to drive business success.

The Role:
  • Answer and divert incoming calls to ensure seamless communication
  • Meet and greet clients with a warm and welcoming smile
  • Effectively manage mail, banking, and filing systems
  • Process rent payments and administer accounts with precision
  • Support the team in drafting professional letters
  • Provide comprehensive assistance to the Sales and Property Management teams
  • Efficiently type up leases and other documents
  • Manage database updates and intranet content
  • Oversee office stock levels and maintain a tidy front desk area
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in real estate is highly beneficial
  • Must possess a current Real Estate Certificate of Registration and driver's license
  • Local knowledge and expertise are preferred
  • A high level of presentation and grooming is expected
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
  • A strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are required
