The Role

As a Spa Attendant at Crown Spa Perth, you will be responsible for ensuring that our treatment rooms and spa areas are clean and well-maintained at all times. You will also be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, handling queries, and maintaining a high level of organization and time management.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting up and maintaining treatment rooms for optimal performance
• Organizing amenities and ensuring towels are available for every treatment room
• Maintaining all spa areas to ensure they are neat and tidy
• Tracking spa schedules and room allocations
• Greeting guests and clients with a warm welcome
• Communicating effectively with the team to ensure a smooth transition process

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience in a similar position in a hotel or spa environment. You will also need to have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. Additionally, you will need to have exceptional customer service skills and be available to work a 7-day rotational roster.
