High-Performing Novated Sales Professional Wanted

We are seeking a skilled Novated Sales Consultant to join our high-performing sales team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional service and expert overview of the benefits of novated leasing to qualify opportunities for sales conversion or referral of after-sales enquiries.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond quickly and efficiently to inbound calls
- Provide support to digital customers
- Understand customer needs, communicate a consistent value proposition, and qualify prospect of conversion to sale
- Assist with pipeline allocation and management
- Identify and refer post-sale queries for other departments
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Experience in a customer service position (preferably inbound service centre)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic sales team environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Novated Leasing experience desirable - not essential
