About the Role

This is a full-time or part-time position available, where you will work alongside a dedicated team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

  • As a key member of our team, you will assist patients to access supported services to maximise their physical gains and return to a rewarding lifestyle.
  • You will work with multidisciplinary teams to plan the care and treatment for patients through regular case conferences.
  • Maintaining and promoting patient safety within our satellite unit is also a critical aspect of this role.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Current nursing registration with AHPRA
  • Contemporary knowledge of best practice in acute, aged or rehabilitation nursing
  • A passion for patient care and achieving high-quality clinical outcomes
  • Strong communication skills, enabling you to build rapport with staff, patients and their families
