We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team and contribute to the modernization of our trading platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the deployment system modernization, technology evaluation, and solution building.
  • Integrate new deployment systems into the development workflow and identify opportunities to automate deployment and testing.
  • Automate developer tools, workflow automation, and trader script deployment.
  • Develop real-time monitoring solutions to drive efficiency across IT teams.
  • Engineer and optimize data pipelines for real-time and historical data delivery.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
  • University degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Systems Engineering, or similar roles.
  • Modern deployment system and orchestration experience, along with CI/CD tooling.
  • Experience driving changes through organizations and coordinating work across teams.
  • Strong development skills in Python, Golang, and shell scripting.
  • Linux system administration experience.
  • Experience with Kafka and/or data systems.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
