We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic SkyPoint Attendant to join our team
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide a warm and welcoming experience for our guests at the front entry point of SkyPoint.
- To process entry tickets efficiently and accurately.
- To facilitate sales and generate revenue for the business.
- To maintain a high standard of cleanliness and venue presentation throughout the observation deck.
- To work collaboratively with the Food & Beverage team to deliver an exceptional all-day dining experience in our Bistro & Bar.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar high-volume food service or hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Competent with cash handling and POS systems.
- Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate.
