Job Title: Gym Team LeadAbout the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our dynamic team at Anytime Fitness Hampton East as a passionate and highly motivated Gym Team Lead. As a Gym Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day activities of the club, developing strong relationships with current and prospective members, and promoting a healthy lifestyle.

You will work closely with our team to achieve our vision and goals. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Membership retention and sales, meeting monthly targets
  • Office administration, including tourng prospective members and maintaining accurate records
  • Ongoing gym rounds to ensure a clean and safe environment for all members
  • Maintaining a positive club culture and promoting a welcoming atmosphere
  • Monitoring and maintenance of gym equipment
  • Advertising campaigns, including social media updates
  • Outreach and community involvement to promote our services
  • Member engagement and feedback to improve our services

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • The ability to show initiative and take ownership of tasks

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Assistant Club Management experience (desirable)
  • 1-2 years' experience in customer service or sales-based target roles (desirable)
