Personal Support Professional

**Job Description:**

We are seeking experienced carers to join our team on a casual basis, working with NDIS participants & ageing clients in Rongwood. As a Personal Support Professional, you will be responsible for assisting clients/participants with daily living activities, including personal care. You will also provide companionship and emotional support, promote independent living, and provide transport and community access as needed.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients/participants with daily living activities (including personal care)

  • Provide transport and community access

**Requirements:**

· Cert III or IV in Disability (required)

· Medication trained (desirable)

· Experience with complex supports

· Understanding of professional boundaries within the support work scope

· NDIS Worker Screening Check

· CPR and First Aid certifications

· Your own reliable transport with comprehensive insurance and a Victorian Driver Licence
