About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Bupa Mount Sheridan in North Queensland. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered care to residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Contribute to a culture of safety and quality, adhering to Bupa's standards and guidelines
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge

Requirements
  • AHPRA registration as a Div 1 Registered Nurse

  • A strong understanding of Resident Rights and Aged Care Accreditation Standards
