About the role:

This position offers a unique chance to oversee the smooth operation of our pharmacies at Epworth Hospital Albert Street and Victoria Parade locations. You will work closely with our collaborative Slade Pharmacy team to ensure the delivery of optimum patient-centred care in a fast-paced hospital environment.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic planning and operations of all aspects of the Pharmacy business
  • Motivating, guiding, and leading our pharmacy team to provide exceptional healthcare and customer service
  • Ensuring the business complies with legislation and contractual obligations and continuously improves its clinical and pharmacy services

About you:

We are looking for a passionate employee who can confidently lead and mentor a dynamic team. You will have a can-do attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think outside the box.

Skills & Experience:

  • Current Pharmacist registration with AHPRA
  • Previous experience leading a team in a retail or hospital pharmacy setting
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
