Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced People Leader to guide and support our educators and families in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children aged 0–5 years.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a high-performing individual with strong leadership skills to make a genuine difference in the lives of children and their families.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standards.

">About the Role
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the centre/s in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.
  • Create lasting connections with your local community, including partnerships with families, and use your marketing flair to increase occupancy of the service.
  • Mentor and support the centre/s to meet/exceed the National Quality Standards.

About You

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
  • Strong experience in a Centre Manager role
  • A current Working with Children's Check
  • Experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standards
