About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Art Director to join our Organic Growth team at Vista. As a key member of our Creative Team, you will be responsible for driving our creative projects and working closely with copywriters and video production teams to create on-brief, on-brand campaigns and content that tell our story.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute creative concepts that align with our brand strategy and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring our brand to life and support our business goals.
  • Manage and design for the full creative process, from campaign kickoff to delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our creative output.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure global brand consistency in all deliverables.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience designing successful marketing/brand campaigns.
  • Expert understanding of the creative process, art direction methodologies, and tools.
  • Experience leading and collaborating in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, brand evolution, art direction, and beautiful design.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and influence peers across the organization.
