Business Central Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled consultant to customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
This role will primarily focus on adapting the financial and fiscal functionalities of the system to ensure full compliance with local regulatory and business requirements in Australia and New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities:- Customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to meet client needs
- Collaborate with project teams and regional stakeholders to gather requirements and implement country-specific configurations
- Provide support following the initial implementation phase
Required Expertise and Experience:
- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, ideally including international rollouts or localizations
- Strong understanding of financial and fiscal processes in Australia and New Zealand, including local compliance and tax reporting
- Experience with AL language, extensions, and Business Central customization tools is a plus
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to troubleshooting complex issues
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- In-depth understanding of core application functionalities and business processes
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- High level of attention to detail and ability to quickly grasp new concepts and technologies
