**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Solutions Expert to join our organization. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in providing technical expertise and support to customers, consultants, and sales staff.

In this position, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical solutions that meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans to pursue them.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical insight and solution development to Customers, Consultants, and Sales staff.
  • Support both sales professionals and customers during the technical requirement definition and solution development sales process steps.
  • Participate in the creation of the customer technical roadmap; customers include internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work as a team player with many sales professionals in the assigned geography; act as a resource to address the customer's technical and application requirements.
  • Provide coaching to sales professionals as it relates to their assigned application specialty.
  • Achieve orders, margin, and growth for assigned areas of expertise within the region.

Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualified (trade or degree) in a business or engineering related discipline – degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of technical solution experience.
  • Domain experience in Fire Alarm systems.
  • Essential technical experience with skills in field hardware, Fire, PAVA, Security or BMS systems.
  • Ability to position technical features and functions into customer value.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts to internal and external customers (e.g., customer specs, white papers, trade shows).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and opportunities concurrently.
