This is a challenging role, where you will be part of our dynamic support team.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in application support and proficiency working with software architecture, unit testing and other aspects of the software development lifecycle.
- Owning, investigating and resolving complex software issues, proposing workarounds for customers
- Accurate and timely documentation of activities and findings in case management systems
- Contribution to digital self-help materials promoting faster problem resolution for our customers while building a robust internal knowledge sharing platform for our team
