About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Pharmacy Sales and Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, aligning our product range with their needs, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, including pharmacy owners and managers, to ensure our products meet their needs and expectations.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to understand their business goals and provide tailored solutions to drive sales growth.
  • Analyze market trends and customer data to inform our sales strategy and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement promotional campaigns, negotiate display enhancements and promotions, and ensure our products are well-stocked.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and objectives, making a significant impact in your region.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in field sales, preferably within the pharmacy or grocery trade.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze customer data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • A resilient work ethic and positive attitude, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.

What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of AU$80,000 - AU$100,000 per annum, plus superannuation and other benefits.
