We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our Graduate Program, providing a unique opportunity to develop your clinical skills, confidence, and knowledge in a supportive and flexible learning environment.

The program is designed to assist Graduates in their transition to professional practice, consolidating their knowledge, clinical practice, leadership, communication, and teamwork skills. You will have the opportunity to work across three rewarding streams: General, Perioperative, and Midwifery.

About Our Graduate Program

Our comprehensive and individually tailored Graduate Program offers a 12-month program to support your transition to practice. You will have full-time or part-time (minimum FTE) permanent roles available, across three hospitals and three core streams.

Program Structure

The General Stream graduate program includes rotations across various areas, dependent on hospital site:

  • Medical
  • Surgical
  • Oncology
  • Cardiac
  • Emergency
  • Angiography
  • Critical Care
  • Paediatrics

All positions are permanent contracts and may be offered as part-time (minimum FTE) or full-time.

Perioperative Stream

The Perioperative stream graduate program includes rotations across Theatre (Scrub/Scout), Anaesthetics, Recovery, and Day Ward.

Midwifery Stream

The Midwifery stream graduate program includes rotations across Antenatal/Postnatal, Labour ward, and Special care nursery at Ashford Hospital.
