At the forefront of automation trends, we are seeking an individual who embodies a unique blend of DevOps expertise, client-facing consulting skills, and Puppet training capabilities. This role offers a tremendous opportunity to make a lasting impact on companies across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to design and implement solutions that enhance software delivery speed and reliability
  • Develop and deliver Puppet training workshops to customers
  • Support the education team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date training content
  • Provide pre-sales support to Sales & Marketing teams
  • Contribute to the development, publication, and maintenance of Puppet modules and products
  • Enhance integration and tooling around Puppet products
  • Author engaging blog posts and other communications for Puppet
  • Work closely with R&D and Product Management to develop and test Puppet products
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time and projects effectively
  • Proven experience working with Puppet Enterprise or Puppet Open Source (Puppet 4 or later)
  • 5+ years of experience in software DevOps, Systems Administration, Automation, or Network Infrastructure
  • Ability to travel up to 10% domestically
  • Strong programming background in Unix &/or Linux SysAdmin or DevOps, including automation
  • Excellent customer relations and presentation skills
  • Passion for problem-solving and innovation
  • Excellent time and project management skills
  • Technical degree (CS/IT/Eng/ITSec) or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with clients and internal resources in face-to-face, telephone, virtual meetings, and as a member of a team
  • Requires logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
