We are seeking an Enrolled Nurse to join our team at Calvary Home Care in Port Augusta. As an Enrolled Nurse, you will be part of an integrated team providing high-quality care to our clients in their homes.
Key Responsibilities- Support clients to live independently and make informed decisions about their care.
- Contribute to the physical, emotional, and lifestyle needs of our clients through assessment and observation.
- Implement clinical and care interventions as delegated by the Registered Nurse and documented in the client's plan of care.
- Recognise and respond to clinical deterioration, escalating as necessary.
- Assist clients with personal care and hygiene needs while promoting independence.
- Current AHPRA Nursing Registration.
- Willing to obtain NDIS and Police clearances.
- Full driver's license.
- CPR and Manual Handling certification.
- Experience not required but advantageous.
- Commitment to continuous quality improvement.
- Working knowledge of WH&S and Infection Control.
