Expert Evidence Panel Program Manager

This role is a key appointment in the Supreme, District and Land Courts Service's administrative support and registry services to the judiciary and court users in Queensland. As the program manager, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of the Expert Evidence Pilot (EEP) and ensuring its efficient and effective operation.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the EEP pilot and managing its program of work in accordance with the department's strategy, policies, systems, and procedures
  • Identifying emerging issues, risks, and priorities that may impact the pilot's delivery and proactively responding with strategies to address these impacts
  • Providing expert advice and support on operational and strategic matters affecting the EEP panel, pilot, and program of work
  • Managing the work performance and personal conduct of the EEP program team in line with relevant legislation, policies, and delegated authority
  • Fostering, managing, and maintaining positive and effective working relationships with stakeholders and clients to achieve the pilot's objectives

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and project management skills, as well as experience in implementing complex programs and projects. You will also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.

In addition to your technical skills and experience, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
